At Caffe Buondi we are committed to creating a cultural connection by innovating tradition. We want our guests to be happy, curious, and surprised. Our goal is to create a passion-driven food and service environment to nurture and inspire everyone we serve. It is and will always be about the finest ingredients and helping our local farmers to create a more sustainable environment.
We like to do things a little differently and put our creativity to the test. We have dedicated a section of our menu to our uniquely currated creations. You will find everything from baked oatmeal to buckwheat galettes, to breakfast lasagna!
A few highlights include: ICKX, a buckwheat galette folded with Swiss cheese, sunny-side up egg & ham
and the EDDIE CHEEVER, braised beef short ribs, eggs, potato croquette & tomato mascarpone.
Our Italian tradition is deeply rooted in coffee and our beans are sourced from Italy's number one coffee company; Lavazza.
Think perfect espressos, Italian hot chocolate and Pistacchio cappuccinos... Or how about an espresso combined with Nutella, covered in whipped cream and finished with toasted Hazlenuts? If that sounds good, go for the Espresso Nocciolato! Perfect to either kick start your day or end your meal as dessert!
After all, what is Brunch without a cocktail?
Add some fizz to your breakfast with one of our specially cocktails handcrafted with Martini&Rossi. Some shout-outs include our Negroni Sbagliato (Fiero, Carpano Antica sweet vermouth, Prosecco) and our Buondi Blueberry-Mint Fizz (Blueberry puree, mint simple syrup, Martini Rose').
