Andrea Melani and Emilio Cento are Italian restauranteurs with more than 50 years combined experience both in Italy and the States. Melani and Cento first met 20 years ago in the business and reconnected in 2016 to open Convivio Italian Artisan Cuisine in Carmel. After opening the second location in Zionsville, they decided to try something different. The goal was to create something spacious, bright and modern, yet relaxing with a completely different menu.
And they've nailed it once again!
